At Nature at Homes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. 🕒 Return Period

3. Ship the Item: Pack the item(s) securely and include the RA number on the return package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and you are returning part or all of your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
